Standard Shipping is offered via USPS, FedEx and/or UPS and takes 3-12 business days, depending on location and product mix. If Standard Shipping is selected, orders will be processed and shipped within four business days.
In addition to Standard Shipping, we also offer 2-day and overnight expedited shipping options, which are presented during the checkout process.
Expedited Shipping orders are processed same day Monday through Friday until 12 pm Pacific Time (PT). Expedited Shipping orders that are placed after 12 pm PT on Friday through Sunday will not ship until the following Monday.

Expedited shipping options are available (2 business day and overnight). Expedited shipping charges are based on weight of package and shipping location and will be calculated and presented during the checkout process. No Saturday or Sunday delivery available at this time.
For all orders over $300, we require a signature for delivery. Please be sure to use an address where someone will be available during the day to accept shipment.
A Note about USPS Packages: If you track a USPS package and it shows no movement, rest assured that your package has been sent out. USPS sometimes does not scan packages until they arrive at their final destination.
A Note about our Packing Peanuts: We have received many comments from customers regarding our use of packing peanuts and we appreciate your concern for the environment! Our packing peanuts are made from organic starch. They decompose in water leaving no toxic waste, are 100% biodegradable and are FDA compliant.

Unopened products may be returned for any reason within 15 days. Returned items can be exchanged for store credit or refunded for the original purchase price. Items must be in unused condition. If you want to return a product please contact us at: email@example.com and include your order number.
